How long does delivery take?

Free UK delivery, 8–18 business days. We process orders in 1–3 business days, and the carrier takes 7–15 from there. Tracking arrives by email the moment it is dispatched. If nothing has arrived 20 business days after dispatch, write to us and we will chase it.

Can I return it?

Within 30 days, yes — but only unopened. The mask is supplied sealed for hygiene reasons, so once the seal is broken we cannot take it back. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, that is different: email us and we will make it right.

What does 19-momme mulberry silk mean?

Momme is how silk is weighed. Nineteen is the point where it is substantial enough to hold its shape and last, without being heavy against your face. Mulberry is the long-fibre silk — smoother, stronger and cooler than the short-fibre kind.

Does it work if I sleep on my side?

That is what the cups are for. They hold about 14mm of space around your eyes, so the mask meets your face at the rim rather than pressing on your eyelids. Turning over does not collapse it.

Does it really block all the light?

The seal closes at the bridge of the nose, which is where flat masks leak. It is the gap that does the work.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash cool, air dry. Once a week is plenty. No machine, no tumble dryer.

What is the difference between Midnight and Merlot?

Only the colour. Same silk, same cups, same strap. Midnight is a deep navy, Merlot a deep red.

Where does Gora ship from?

We ship to the United Kingdom only, from our partner warehouse. Delivery is free, with no minimum spend.
